The principle of tensile sensor: the elastic body (elastic element, sensitive beam) produces elastic deformation under the action of external force, and the drying box causes the resistance strain gauge (conversion element) attached to the surface to be deformed. After the resistance strain gauge is deformed, its resistance value will change (increase or decrease), and then the corresponding measurement circuit converts this electric and positive change into an electrical signal (voltage or current), thus completing the process of converting external force into an electrical signal.
Characteristics of tension sensor: the two ends of the two tension transmission parts are fixed together, the drying box clamps the force-sensitive device with the transverse action surface between the two ends, the piezoelectric sheet gasket is on one side in the center area of the piezoelectric sheet, and the substrate part is located between the other side of the piezoelectric sheet and the edge force transmission part and is close to the piezoelectric sheet. One of its uses is to make hook scales to replace rod plates.
