Wiring Method Of Weighing Sensor

With the advancement of technology, weighing sensors have become a necessary device in process control. Weighing sensors have been used from weight measurements such as large tanks and hoppers that were not weighed before, as well as measurements and controls such as crane scales and automobile scales, to mixing and distributing various raw materials, automatic detection in production processes and powder feed volume control, etc. At present, weighing sensors are used in almost all weighing fields. Below, Changqing editor will introduce to you the wiring method of weighing sensors.

Wiring method of weighing sensor:

1. A general weighing sensor consists of six wires. When a four-wire system is connected, the power cord (EXC-, EXC+) and feedback cord (SEN-, SEN+) are short-circuited. SEN+ and SEN- are used to compensate for circuit resistance. SEN+ and EXC+ are pathways, SEN and EXC- pathways.

2. EXC + and EXC - are powered by the weighing sensor, but the voltage received by the sensor is actually lower than the supply voltage due to the disconnection of the line between the weighing module and the sensor. Each weighing sensor has the characteristics of mV/N, and its output video signal is cordially related to the received voltage. SENS+ and SENS-- are actually weighing sensors in high impedance circuits. The weighing module can actually accept voltage feedback to the weighing module.

Assuming EXC+ and EXC- are 10V, the line loss is 2mV/V for the sensor, and in fact, the large signal output of the sensor is ()*2=19mV, not 20mV. At this time, 19mV is a large number of processes of the weighing sensor, provided that the sensor must feed the actual voltage back to the weighing module through the feedback loop.

In weighing sensors, EXC+ is connected to SENS+short, EXC- and sensor-short, which is limited to the situation where the sensor is close to the weighing module and the voltage loss is small, otherwise measurement errors will occur.

3. There are two types of certifications for weighing sensor methods: 4-wire and 6-wire, the module or interface of the weighing sensor, and 4-wire and 6-wire. Pick up the wire first to 4 or 6 first. The principle of your hardware requirements is: the sensor can be 6-wire instead of 4-wire, and it is a short answer to have to pick up 4-wires.

The above content is an introduction to the wiring method of the weighing sensor. In weighing equipment, four-wire sensors are used more often. If you want to connect the six-wire sensor to the four-wire sensor device, you can connect the feedback positive and the excitation positive together, and the feedback negative and the excitation negative together, and connect the feedback negative together. One thing to note about signal lines is that the output signals corresponding to red and white on the two types of sensors are different.
