This function is specially designed for logistics equipment such as AGVs, four-way shuttles, and smart forklifts. It can effectively identify the risk of cargo overloading and significantly improve operational safety. The core of this upgrade is to accurately eliminate the four-corner errors in measurement, further improving the overall accuracy and simultaneously enhancing the safety performance. At the same time, the product adopts standard industrial interfaces, is compatible with a variety of sensor structures, and adapts to a wider range of industry application scenarios.
The SET-3XD Pro version comes standard with emergency application mode. In this mode, even if a single sensor is damaged or the line is broken, the weighing function can still be used, significantly improving the continuous operation capability under hopper weighing, conveying weighing and other working conditions. This feature further enhances the safety and operational reliability of the device.

Simple operation process
start
The instrument starts automatically after being powered on and enters the initial operation interface.

Press [Alarm/Login] → [Login] → Engineer password "0" (only calibration authority); Administrator password "000" (calibration + position setting authority)
Step 2
Follow the [Installation Tutorial] and perform wiring according to the wiring instructions (the wiring instructions have been placed in the junction box). If the displayed AD code value is red, you need to check the height of the sensor and fine-tune it to make the red value disappear.
Step 3
Press [Data Calibration] → [Zero Calibration] → Enter the weight weight → Recalibrate → Place the weight on the 1234 sensor and click [Calibration] (the point with the largest change in the reference value) → Place the weight in the middle → [Weight Calibration] → Calibrated and completed.
Step 4
Press [Position Information] → [Weighing Pan Length and Width/Degree] (input the actual cargo pallet length and width parameters) → [X/Y axis eccentricity alarm value column] to set the offset distance that triggers the alarm.
We also provide sample programs for Siemens PLC. At the same time, the display operation interface will be gradually updated and an English version will be added for customers to choose.
